Looking for Ring Announcer

Los Angeles, CA: If you
have ever wanted to do what Michael Buffer does, be one of the most
recognized ring announcers ever, than here is your chance. With the
announcement last week that Oscar De La Hoya’s Golden Boy
Promotions will be promoting 12 monthly boxing shows on HBO Latino,
called Oscar De La Hoya Presenta Boxeo De Oro, Golden Boy Promotions
has announced that they are looking for a bi lingual ring announcer
for the 12 shows, and will be holding auditions.
On Saturday, December 14th,
at the De La Hoya Youth Center, auditions will be held for this
position. Candidates will be placed inside the Youth Center boxing
ring, given a microphone and a script to read, and their
three-minute audition will be video taped.
Candidates, for this paid
position, must be bi lingual in English and Spanish, and be able to
travel out of state, three days a month.
