De Leon Wins IBA Title! (OCT 22) Last night at the Don Haskins Arena in El Paso, Texas, on the HBO PPV card, Daniel Ponce De Leon won by an 1:43 seconds, eighth round TKO over Al Seeger.  De Leon improved to 30-1, scoring the 28th early stoppage of his boxing career. De Leon won the IBA Jr. Featherweight world title belt.
