With Conan O'Brien' on Thursday, July 21. Christy, who is
working out in Orlando, Fla., will take an early-morning flight
that day to New York City. She says she has a lot to tell
O'Brien, particularly about her 'Million Dollar Lady' opponent
Lucia Rijker.
"On July 30 she won't be
pushing
me around, like she has with other fighters. I promise that," said Christy.
After the visit with O'Brien, Christy plans to return to Orlando and make

Sanchez dies
after fighting in bout in Nevada
(JULY 7) On
Saturday, Martin “The Firefighter” Sanchez, 26, from Mexico City,
died at Valley Hospital Medical Center, in Las Vegas, Nevada, just
hours after being knocked out by Russian boxer, Rustam Nugaev.
Sanchez fought on Friday night, and all seemed well until he was
walking strangely according to news sources. He was rushed to the
hospital and underwent emergency brain surgery.
