Ahunanya
and McCarter victorious!

(NOV 2) Tonight [New Zealand's time zone] at the Auckland's SkyCity,
in Auckland, New Zealand, Layla McCarter, 141, won by a
six-round unanimous decision over New Zealand's undefeated
Daniella Smith, 147. McCarter stepped up to the
welterweight division to fight Smith, and delivered Smith her first
loss as a pro.
In the Main event, Nigerian heavyweight
Friday Ahunaya, won by a 12-round TKO over previously
undefeated Shane Cameron of New Zealand. Ahunaya won
the vacant PABA Heavyweight title, the WBO Asia Pacific Heavyweight
Title, and the NABA Heavyweight title. Luis Tapia of Las
Vegas, Nevada, managed both McCarter and Ahunaya.
