Andre Gorges Repeats as Ringside World Champion August 6, 2006

The Border City Boxing Club's "Gorgeous" Andre Gorges
defeated Arkansas' Orlando Utsey by unanimous decision
in the Open-Class Welterweight Final at the 2006
Ringside World Championships on Saturday. 

Gorges, who went 4-0 at the tournament, became just the second boxer in Border City history to win consecutive Ringside Championship Belts - the other was current professional World Champion Jeannine "Heartless"  Garside.  (Thumbnail Photo to right)
