Pro Fighter Decides To Attend Fight Promoter University II
(JUNE 18) Fight Promoter University founder Roy Englebrecht announced
today that welterweight Paul Delgado has enrolled in Fight Promoter
University II and will attend the three day session August 23-25 in
Irvine, California. Delgado joins top jr bantamweight Kahren Harutyunyan,
who also has enrolled, and who has taken advantage of the FPU II Pro
Fighter Discount of $500 off the $1,995 tuition cost.
Delgado, 30, out of Atlanta, Georgia, as fought some of the best in the
world, going the distance with Dmitriy Salita, and losing a split
decision to Paul Malignaggi, and has a pro record of 16-7-2ko's.
"I've decided to attend Fight Promoter University II because the
opportunity as a fighter to be around a group of men and women for three
days with ambitions to add there vision and passion to the sport is
priceless," said Delgado. "To also learn from some of the best in the
business, so that I can help secure my future not only as a fighter, but
as a promoter, is something that is not offered very often, and I don't
want to miss this chance."
Fight Promoter University II, will be held at the Irvine Marriott Hotel
in Irvine, CA., August 23-24-25, and will feature HBO's Jim Lampley as
Keynote Speaker, as well as appearances by Golden Boy Promotions CEO
Richard Schaefer, and Hall of Fame promoter Don Chargin. |
