Final Tribute to Well-Respected Boxing Trainer

(MAY 13) Welsh boxing trainer Peter Anthony, of Tiryberth, passed away at the age of 83, after a long-extended illness (Cancer).

According to news sources, Anthony had produced over 40 Welsh champions from the Rhoose Club. Some of the noted boxers include Michael Smyth.

Smyth told the South Wales Echo, "He had a fantastic life and he was always in my corner, whether that was in or out of the ring."
