Rafael Ortiz vs. Jesse Feliciano in 10 Round Main Event
Dateline: Rochester, WA, September 16, 2005
Lucky Eagle fan favorite Rafael Ortiz of Lebanon, OR (11 wins all by
knockout) will face popular Jesse Feliciano of Las Vegas, NV in the 10
round main event at the last fight of the year on October 1, 2005 at
7:00pm. Ortiz knocked out Dewey Welliver in the sixth round main event
at the Lucky Eagle Casino in January. Feliciano has 12 wins and seven
knockouts, and is originally from Puerto Rico.
In the semi-main event Sean Plessis of Sparwood, BC (13-2, 3ko’s) faces
Angelo Torrez, Lakewood, WA for the NWBA Lightweight Title in an eight
round bout.
Eloy Perez the spectacular prospect from Rainier, WA will battle Matthew
Blake in his second professional fight. In his pro debut in June, The 18
year old Perez ko’d Geranimo Rosario at 2:27 in round one, with
incredible speed, quickness and power.
Paul Krevchenko a powerhouse from Puyallup via the Ukraine will be going
for hid fourth knockout in as many fights when he faces Nelson Zepeda
who hails from Portland. This will be the first real test for both
fighters, and the six rounder looks to be a war.
