Team hosted by Border Boxing Card
(JUN 26) The Border City Boxing Club hosted a team from Ireland on
Friday night for a fight card at 1072 Drouillard Road. Ali Youssef won
by unanimous decision over Irish Champion Fintan Walsh, Samir El-Mais
stopped Ireland's Michael Fouhy in the second round, Lukas Welniak won
by decision over Ireland's Daniel Sheilds, Josh Cameron
defeated Ireland's John Mc Donagh, and Jake Bath won by unanimous
decision over Ireland's Brendan Wilson. Andre Gorges dropped a split
decision to Irish Welterweight Champion Oisin Kelly, and Ali Hamka lost
to Ireland's Kevin Dolan who was presented with the Bill White Best
Boxer Award for the evening. The Irish Team will fight next on
Thursday June 30th on a KAYO sponsored card on Walpole Island.
